Refund policy

At Cleveland Loves, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your wood sign, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging in which you received it.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items marked as final sale.

3. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team at shop@clevelandloves.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at shop@clevelandloves.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
